A new stage for a new chapter. BDB Law Foundation is thrilled to share the inauguration of the Juanita Arnedo Du School Performing Arts and Clinic, at the San Isidro Elementary School, Luna, Apayao.

On April 21, 2023, the Foundation turned over the fully-furnished school of performing arts equipped with chairs, microphones, mic stands, a full-set sound system with an audio mixer and wall-mounted speakers, as well as medical supplies for the clinic. Nutrition packs were also distributed as part of the Foundation's advocacy to combat malnutrition.

The arts are an essential component of a well-rounded education. By exposing children to music, theater, dance, and visual arts, we provide them with opportunities to develop their creativity, critical thinking skills, and emotional intelligence. A study published in the Journal of Educational Psychology found that arts education programs can improve students' social and emotional development, such as increasing their self-esteem, empathy, and social skills (Golann, 2008).
