Senior Associate

Kim is a Senior Associate at BDB Law. She began her career in the firm as a Tax Specialist, where she conducted tax compliance reviews for companies to ensure adherence to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) laws and regulations. Kim also performed transfer pricing studies and assisted companies in preparing their monthly tax returns.

Since being admitted to the bar, her expertise has expanded to include tax assessment, litigation, and general corporate law. Kim handles tax disputes for both local and multinational clients, tax assessments, refund cases and ruling requests. She frequently represents clients before the BIR, Court of Tax Appeals, Regional Trial Court and other local government offices.

In addition to her tax litigation work, Kim assists clients with corporate services such as registration of both domestic and international clients, regular housekeeping, dissolution, and other commercial legal dealings. 

In her personal time, Kim enjoys hiking, swimming, and boxing. She also practices yoga regularly and loves traveling with family and friends.
